The hotel's location is good for access to the beach area and perfect for Larnaca, just in the city center. However, the view from the balcony is not pleasant, facing KFC and McDonald's, and early construction noise can be bothersome.

The rooms are a good size, but the bed placement near the window can be a bit loud due to nearby construction starting early at 5.30 am. However, having a balcony was a nice touch despite the view. There were also some maintenance issues with the door.

The service had some drawbacks, such as the bathroom not being properly cleaned from the previous guest and encountering difficulties with the staff when requesting room changes at night. Additionally, some essential items like towels were forgotten.

Location

The hotel's location is exceptionally comfortable, near the sea and the city center. Although it overlooks fast-food restaurants from one side, it provides easy access to the beach and essential tourist spots in Larnaca.
