The staff responded very quickly to our inquiries. they allowed us a late check-in. We are very thankful. i found the beds very comfortable.
The room i rented was rented to someone else! i got another room that was even smaller. It did not include towels and the toilet did not work properly.

I found the staff very helpful, they printed my boarding passes. the hotel contacted me through whatsap before my flight, this allowed us to discuss any questions. i arranged a taxi service via whatsap through the hotel. This was helpful. it.
the room was clean enough however, i could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms.
