Excellent airport hotel
yellow taxi comfortable bed
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to take a yellow taxi for the transfer (the hotel paid for it). I enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. I used a shuttle service to the mall and had no issues.
I experienced employees not communicating with each other and being asked to check out when I had already paid extra for a late check-out. This was frustrating after a long journey and lack of sleep.

the hotel taxi transfer from the airport was free and very convenient for me. the staff members were helpful and attentive to my needs. i enjoyed a buffet breakfast with many options starting at 4am since i had an early flight. the breakfast was quite tasty.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when i arrived. It was in the corridors. this was quite unpleasant despite the presence of non-smoking signs, and i would like it to have been addressed.

the breakfast had a big selection. The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is a short taxi drive from the airport.
the hotel was noisy. there is NO good soundproofing system. i COULDN'T sleep AT all. lots of ants were on the first floor.

I appreciated the seamless taxi transfer from the airport. It felt so considerate. our room had such a good balcony. It was perfect for quiet moments. the buffet lunch presented lovely food. I really savored each bite.
the daytime reception team seemed a bit overwhelmed when our flight faced a delay. i wished for a more proactive approach to accommodate our unexpected extra night. it seemed like a missed opportunity to ease our travel stress.
