The hotel rooms were neat, clean, tidy, pretty cheap, and close to Darling Harbour and Haymarket. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, which was fantastic. However, the hotel seemed to absorb the fatty, oily air from nearby restaurants' ducts, impacting the room atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located near Darling Harbour with transport, cafes, and restaurants easily accessible. The rooms need a makeover as they are outdated and worn, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining experience is good, especially at Darling Harbour. However, the car park is very tight for larger vehicles. The proximity to markets and George St is great, although some areas are old and not as pictured.
