The hotel is conveniently close to Shannon Airport and Bunratty Castle, perfect for exploring the beauty of Co Clare and Limerick. The location is superb, but it may not be the best choice without a car. The service was exceptional, with staff always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, from delightful cocktails to helpful receptionists. The dining experience offered a great choice of food, though it felt a bit cold at times. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the ongoing construction was a relief it didn't disrupt our stay. Overall, a lovely place with friendly staff and lovely service.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. I just wish there was a fridge in my room.
