The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the pleasure beach with free onsite parking as a bonus. The rooms were a bit small for five of us but clean with a nice warm shower. The service from the owners was outstanding, very friendly and hands-on. The dining experience was to perfection with a good amount of choices. Overall, a great little hotel for a stay in the Blackpool area.

The hotel offers conveniences like having a joining room for larger parties with children, but the rooms were a little on the small side for our group and need updating and thorough cleaning. The service was amazing with helpful staff and a great breakfast. The location, although close to the pleasure beach, was a bit far for our preference. The dining experience was excellent with a good variety, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
