My stay at the hotel was like Hell's waiting room; the room was splendidly large but very dirty with a smell of dog. The carpet and bed sheets were filthy, and I even had trouble breathing. I requested a room change, but there were no available options with tile as requested. The pictures online did not reflect the actual room condition, so I felt like I deserved a refund.
