The hotel is set back a couple of blocks from the main tourist area but close enough to walk to the esplanade with great cafes. The rooms were super clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The service was really nice and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist us. The location was a little bit further away from the center than expected but still perfect for a Cairns stay. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with friendly staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from town with good facilities. The rooms were exactly what we needed, providing a real home away from home. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, providing a secluded oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of Cairns while still being within walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making the ground floor unit very convenient. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to provide helpful tour information. However, the dining options were limited. The facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a great overall experience.

The hotel was a great find for me! The rooms, though needing a bit of extra cleaning around the architraves and behind bedside tables, were still comfortable and had their own toilet and bathroom. The fact that there were no rooms above mine was a huge plus as I dislike hearing people walking overhead. The service, while welcoming and informative, could have been more accessible by phone, but they responded promptly to emails and were always super friendly. The location was top-notch, with well-maintained grounds and a pool area, just a short walk from Cairns Esplanade and surrounded by cafes. The facilities were good overall, making my stay quite pleasant.
