My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not very nice, with uncomfortable beds and poor amenities, considering the high price. However, they had necessary appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and clock. The cleanliness of the rooms and hallways needed improvement, especially during the Mountain West basketball tournament.
