Bluewaters Hotel Blackpool, Blackpool

The hotel is situated right on the seafront, offering a great view and close proximity to main attractions. The service, especially at breakfast, was impeccable despite a minor issue. The rooms, however, lacked cleanliness and towel change. The dining experience had nicely laid out food but cold plates were a letdown.

The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are nicely refurbished with a beautiful 4 poster bed and a good shower, but cleanliness issues were present with unchanged towels. The service, especially at breakfast, was faultless, however, there was a need for the chambermaid to rectify some issues. The location is great, opposite the beach on the North shore, offering a quieter setting while still being close to all the action. The dining experience, although serving lovely food, had some areas for improvement such as using hot plates. Overall, the value for money seemed fair considering the amenities provided.
