My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and full of character, especially our suite, which was quiet, romantic, and thoroughly relaxing. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so helpful and professional. The location was superb, with all the highlights of Palma just a stone's throw away. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. However, the Wi-Fi was not included, which was a slight downside.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the courtyard-facing room was relaxing and comfortable, but on the other, it was quite noisy at times with damp smells and sound traveling easily. The staff, however, were genuinely helpful and accommodating, going beyond the call of duty.
