I found the hotel to be conveniently located next to the Wan Chai MTR station, close to various dining options. The room, though not very spacious, suited my needs perfectly for a business trip without any unnecessary extras. The service, while invisible at times, was sufficient for my stay. I didn't get out much due to nearby protests, but the central location was still a bonus. The dining options were diverse around the neighborhood, making it easy to find a good meal. Overall, the hotel provided a good value stay for my business trip.

Despite the extremely cold room due to a ventilation problem and small size of the basic room, upgrading provided me with a nice view of the Wanchai skyline from my room with two single beds. The staff was really friendly, but the surprise credit card deposit charge without prior notice left me unsettled. The central Wan Chai location is fantastic for exploring the area, despite not being ideal for kids. The dining options were a bit limited, with no free breakfast available on-site.
