I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with stunning views of the Cairns harbor, but I did notice some mold in and around them. The high-up location felt very secure with fob access, although I do think they need a new ironing board. The service was top-notch, they had everything we needed and even organized a late check-out for us. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants, a kid's playground, the lagoon, and the marina, offering both sunrise and sunset views. The dining experience with homemade cakes was a lovely touch. However, the property requires some maintenance work like window cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay in Cairns!
