The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium, Rarotonga

I stayed at a hotel right on the beachfront with a nice outdoor shower to cool off after a swim. The rooms were a bit dimly lit with yellow-colored curtain netting, lacking menus and room service. The service was friendly but sometimes not very attentive. The location was superb, with a wide lagoon for fish-watching in knee-deep water. The dining options were varied but could be more imaginative. Overall, a relaxing stay with some room for improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach was right on my doorstep, offering stunning views and plenty of sea creatures for snorkeling. The white sand and gorgeous sunsets were a real treat. The room was spacious, although a bit older, but still very comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff made me feel at home, especially Viola, Navi, Aesaki, and Miti. However, I did have a minor issue with being overcharged at the bar and receiving incorrect change from a staff member named Estelleena. Overall, a lovely experience with some minor hiccups.

The hotel had slightly tired rooms but they were serviced daily and very clean. The location was excellent, ideal for those seeking privacy. Some of the staff provided good and attentive service, while others lacked care. The dining options were varied but could use improvements. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

I could not have asked for a better location - right on the beach at the Marine Reserve, with incredible snorkeling just a step away. The rooms were spacious and had a nice big bed, but they did get really hot and had a musty smell. The service was exceptional, with friendly and extra helpful staff catering to all our needs. The dining experience was more than adequate, offering fresh and local products but lacked variety in the protein options. The facilities were up to par, and we had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips.
