When we first arrived and found barf on a pillow, I was a bit taken aback, but the room turned out to be so comfy with plenty of space to move around. It was perfect, nice, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable - everything was great. The service by the night front desk staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful in many ways, very very friendly. The location was convenient with fast food and a grocery store in walking distance, even though the surroundings were a bit messy with garbage and other undesirable items. The dining experience, unfortunately, was awful after a long day of travel, with the unorganized setup and lackluster quality of food. Overall, the hotel provided clean and spacious rooms, superb service, and a convenient location, but fell short in the dining department.

During our two and a half week trip, the hotel rooms were clean but they refused to give a receipt, which was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was very good, close to both the Chinook Mall and Crossiron outlet mall. The dining experience was good, but the warm food like omelet and sausages got depleted quickly. Overall, a decent place with some minor drawbacks.
