I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Charlotte. The rooms were very clean, but unfortunately, the one I stayed in had a black ring around the tub, which was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptional, with polite and courteous staff, even though there was an issue with issuing a refund. The location, while close to the airport, seemed run down and in a bad area. The dining options were average, with a mix of carbs and proteins but not very varied. The facilities were decent despite some ongoing remodeling.
