I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and amazing, but I stayed in the old wing which was really ramshackle and the phone didn't work. The service was extremely friendly and courteous, with the staff willing to go the extra mile. The location was convenient, but not well-protected from the afternoon sun. The dining was good overall, especially the light meal menu, but there were some issues with the largest suite. The facilities were decent, catering to various needs, but there were some areas that needed improvement.

Having a room next to the service lift turned out to be surprisingly quiet and comfortable in this hotel close to the airport. The service was amazing, with the staff ensuring safety procedures were in place. The location, though in need of updates, is ideal for those with late-night flights. The dining offered a good mix of Sri Lankan and international cuisine, and the restaurant staff was very friendly.

The hotel had lovely rooms with walk-in showers, free wifi, tea/coffee amenities, a hairdryer, and a fridge. The staff was friendly and exactly what we needed after a long trip. However, the sun beds could get crowded when used as an overnight stay by airlines.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, but the bedroom view may not align with expectations. The facilities meet the standard, providing a huge living room and terrace.

The hotel room was very clean and nicely furnished, although there was a smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We booked twin beds but only had a king bed, and we received a delicious cake for our Honeymoon which was a lovely touch.
