friendly staff effective air conditioning nice buffet convenient access
i found my stay quite good. the staff was very friendly. the air conditioning in the room was effective. the breakfast and dinner buffet offered a nice selection. i appreciated the convenient access to the airport for my early morning flight.
The pool area could use some tlc. I noticed a few leaves floating in the water.

the location is certainly convenient near the airport and it had a free shuttle service the staff members were very friendly and helpful i received complimentary cookies and fruit in my room it suited my overnight stay before my flight
the pool area had several worn sun loungers and the pool could have been cleaner it had some leaves in it

weak air conditioning limited vegetarian options
i found that my stay had a few disappointments. the air conditioning in my superior room king bed was quite weak. this was annoying. additionally, i was surprised to find limited vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet. i expected more variety and creativity in the vegetarian dishes, especially given the hotel's supposed high standards. this lack of attention to vegetarian needs impacted my dining experience. overall, it wasn't the flawless experience i anticipated.
