Had a last minute booking at this hotel and it turned out to be a lovely stay with good people. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was brilliant, just a stone's throw from Coral Island and the Tower but still quiet at night. The dining experience was terrific with a full English breakfast and great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, warm, and cozy with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of delicious options. It was a quiet and peaceful place for a good night's sleep, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great moments. The rooms were nice and clean, and Jon, the staff member, was amazing from start to finish, even helping me with a lost item. However, the room was a bit small albeit comfy, very spacious, and clean. I found it not warm enough for my liking and the pillows rather hard. The shower was unfortunately cold, which was a bit of a letdown.

The service at the hotel was fantastic! The staff were an absolute delight, very welcoming, and thoughtful, especially towards our 2 young children. They made us all feel well looked after with their kindness and cleanliness.
