My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and offered a home away from home experience, complete with a giant walk-in closet and a very spacious bathroom. However, the room didn't have a window, making it quite dark during the day, and the lack of air conditioning, only a fan tower, was a major issue during the hot summer months.

The service was exceptional! The staff took great care of us, even going as far as helping us find a good doctor who promptly came to the hotel. They were very helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were met.

The location was excellent, right across from the Edificio Barsuto, a fantastic art deco building. It's situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Condesa, making it a prime spot to explore the area day and night. Being so close to Parque Mexico and the charming streets of La Condesa was a definite highlight.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although well-located and designed, suffered from noise from the street and surrounding restaurants. The service was exceptional, making us feel at home and going above and beyond to help us. The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby in the Condesa neighborhood. However, the noise from outside was a drawback that impacted our stay in Mexico City.
