My family and I had a great stay at Comfort Suites. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all seven of us comfortably, and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were informative, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was excellent, and the dining experience, although not perfect, had good options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel had spacious rooms that gave our 3-year-old grandson ample space to move around and play. The extra pillows and blanket provided were a nice touch, but cleanliness was a major issue. The service was pleasant and helpful. The location, while okay, has improved over the years. The dining experience was as expected, with a below-par breakfast. Overall, the facilities were basic.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged an extra $25 for my pet cat. On the positive side, I had a scary incident in one room but was promptly moved to another room that was just as convenient. However, there were some undisclosed unsettling moments during my stay.
