my room was clean. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the staff were great. shops are close as is the sm mall of asia.

The staff were friendly I cannot complain about that
The room smelled like old socks the bathroom was not clean there were hairs everywhere. I asked for assistance but nobody came to fix it I had to use my own cleaning supplies. The breakfast was served cold eggs were rubbery bacon was like leather you could resole your shoes with it

I RECEIVED an upgrade to a Superior Room. The area was tidy and the WiFi worked SO fast. I appreciated the hotel's accessibility to public transport. It made getting around simple.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. I noticed there weren't many choices for international guests. I think adding options like toast would enhance the experience for everyone.
