the staff was very helpful. they checked my flight status and gate number (which i really needed) and told me when i needed to check out. this gave me plenty of time to get to my gate. i appreciated the clear communication and proactive assistance, it reduced my stress.
the hotel was very hard to find initially because the signage was not very clear.

the hotel boasts a great location for those needing quick access between terminals. getting to our gate in another terminal was very easy. it made the transit process much smoother and less stressful.

they were able to cater for gluten free requirements, a big plus for me. we ate our free meal poolside. breakfast included in the rate required only 15 minutes notice to cook.

The pool and bar area were amazing. It was peaceful and so nice to be outside whilst still within the airport. meals were available 24 hours a day. the rooms are comfortable and quiet with all necessary amenities.

i was soo excited! they were really professional and friendly. titi took care of everything in the restaurant with such a big smile, and chefs wei ping and zoel cooked fantastic food. every dish tasted fresh and delicious.
the hotel was very hard to find. signage and directions were poor.

The staff quickly accommodated us after we arrived earlier than expected. They offered us showers while we waited for our room. I found the team helpful in finding us a room quickly. It provided a needed rest.
I noticed a slight noise from the hallway but it wasn't overly disruptive

The front office staff was helpful and kind upon my arrival. Check-in was fast and easy, an important factor during transit. Staff assisted me to modify my order when my flight changed unexpectedly.

The location inside the airport was convenient for my transit. The room was clean and well kept. I found the included meal to be a great perk, especially given the limited time I had between flights. The availability of tea and coffee in the lounge provided a quick pick-me-up throughout my stay.
The signage within the airport directing guests to the hotel could use some improvement. It took a little while to locate initially.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness. Ash was particularly helpful, providing clear directions regarding breakfast orders and check-in procedures. The room was immaculate. Fresh towels, indoor slippers, and complimentary toothbrush sets were thoughtful touches.
The single rooms are quite noisy. I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors to their rooms throughout the night. This made getting proper sleep difficult.

The staff are helpful and courteous. I requested for my complementary meals to be taken away, and they were ready by the time I checked out. I did not realize they have a clean and spacious dining area overlooking the runway.
The bedroom area was freezing cold. I could hear the aircon blowing at full blast. I had to hide my face under the blanket when I slept. Luckily, the night manager adjusted the aircon control, and the aircon was back to normal by midnight.
