The location inside the airport was convenient for my transit. The room was clean and well-kept. I found the included meal to be a great perk, especially given the limited time I had between flights. The availability of tea and coffee in the lounge provided a quick pick-me-up throughout my stay.
The signage within the airport directing guests to the hotel could use some improvement. It took a little while to locate initially.

helpful staff spacious dining freezing bedroom aircon control
The staff are helpful and courteous. I requested for my complementary meals to be taken away, and they were ready by the time I checked out. I did not realize they have a clean and spacious dining area overlooking the runway.
The bedroom area was freezing cold. I could hear the aircon blowing at full blast. I had to hide my face under the blanket when I slept. Luckily, the night manager adjusted the aircon control, and the aircon was back to normal by midnight.
