the location was amazingly convenient , just across from the terminals. staff spoke english , so it was easy to quickly navigate check in and the restaurant. rooms were spacious and clean. warm water and bathroom facilities were wonderful.

the hotel has rooms in need of upgrades. room service was unusable for a non spanish speaker. it seems like no one wants to help , they only do the absolute minimum. they rang and knocked on the door despite my do not disturb sign.

my room felt a bit dated the furniture looked like it had seen better days the bathroom fixtures especially needed updating. also the tv remote was missing its battery cover a small thing but indicative of the general maintenance level. i found the air conditioning unit quite loud it made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

the room wasnt very clean and the towels had stains. pillows also had stains and the floor lamp didnt turn on. the roof even had mold, and no minibar existed. the coffee machine wasnt usable because the coffee wasnt for it. this hotel really disappointed me for the money i paid.
