The location is advantageous near public transportation. I found food and drinks easily accessible. Vending machines were available along with coin laundry on some floors.

The Yamato delivery luggage was not shipped to the room. I had to retrieve it from the lobby. My room felt small considering the price. I have stayed in other hotels with larger rooms for the same cost.

i upgraded to a twin room easily using the app. the hotel staff quickly responded. my sister's room was placed next to mine. the amenities on the first floor were accessible and was awesome. i was grateful for the experience.
