Convenient and Comfortable Stay
breakfast buffet punctual shuttle great selection
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There was a great selection. The shuttle service to the nearby airport was very punctual and convenient. I REALLY appreciated that. I also found the gift shop and chemist to have a nice selection of items.
I found the air conditioning a little lacking, as it didn't seem to adequately cool the room despite being set on high. The room felt warm because the ac wasn't working properly. This was definitely an inconvenience .

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, ranging from traditional Japanese fare to Western-style dishes. I found it very convenient. The restaurant had a good beer selection on tap, perfect after a long day.

Acceptable, but some issues
lumpy pillows poor air conditioning
the hotel is near the airport. It had free shuttle buses to the terminals.
The pillows felt uncomfortable. They seemed lumpy and partly filled with hard beans. the air conditioning did not work well. The room felt warm

Convenient Airport Stay
free shuttles smooth check-in convenience store friendly staff
I found the free airport shuttles very useful, connecting to Terminal 1 and 2, aeon Mall, and Narita station. The check-in process was very smooth, a definite plus after a long flight. A convenience store near the hotel proved convenient for quick needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The air-con system in my room did not seem to work properly though, as it was difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking.

The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, offering both Japanese and Western options. Many choices are available. The restaurant staff maintained a clean and organized area, they made it very inviting. Fresh fruit juices and a variety of pastries were available.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is GREAT, and there is a free shuttle service. The shuttle runs at regular intervals, simplifying transfers. It greatly helps with travel plans. Aeon Mall is also accessible via the free shuttle.

The reception staff provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. They were very efficient. Staff offered helpful information on local transportation options. THAT was beneficial. The shuttle service operated punctually, assisting in timely transfers.

extra charge unfriendly staff
The gym and pool came with an extra charge. I found that quite annoying. No one told me about it. The staff weren't as friendly as other people I met in the country. I really did not like this. Buffet food tasted bad. The choices were very limited. I should have known better than to eat there.

extra gym cost empty buffet options
i was a bit let down by a few things. the gym costs extra . i thought that was a bit much! also, the buffet looked good in the pictures. however, some of the options were empty when i went. it reminded me of they were short on food.
