the location was convenient, right in terminal 3. access to the check-in area was direct. the room was clean and well kept. i especially liked having easy access to restaurants and shops.
The room felt a little small. Space was somewhat limited.

the location is directly in the international terminal. access to the check-in area is convenient. i easily transferred to my domestic flight. the bed was very comfortable for a good sleep.
the room was a bit noisy during the night.

the hotel is within the terminal 3 airport compound. plenty of restaurants and konbini are open 24 hours! last-minute souvenir shopping is possible with many shops around. it is easy to find the hotel.

the hotel restaurant food is good. there is a variety of choices of typical japanese breakfast food in the buffet. a 24-hour sushi restaurant is also available. i found several good options for food.

convenient location self check-in well-lit room extra details poor cleanliness unresponsive staff
The hotel location inside terminal 3 was convenient. Self check-in and check-out were available. This was useful for my early flight. My room had sufficient space and was well-lit.
The self-service machine required extra details. I found the cleanliness below expectations. The staff did not respond when I complained about this.
