Adequate stay close to the airport
helpful staff efficient method small room limited shuttle
The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast box changes daily, which I found a good efficient method. I was charmed by the unexpected variety. The location is convenient.
The room was quite small. I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service... It only goes one way and the last shuttle is at 11:00 am. The shuttle will not pick you up from the airport.

unwelcoming staff unreasonable shuttle
the room was clean and spacious enough by japanese standards the bed would be good for two people to sleep.
the staff was not cute their japanese was awkward and hard to understand even for my japanese partner this hotel should be convenient to the airport as they provide a shuttle bus however they could not provide a reasonable time option and i had to leave 2 hours earlier than needed with this i also missed the breakfast i paid for i asked if they could prepare a breakfast box and they refused.

convenient location friendly staff ample space
The location near the station was very good. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. the room was clean and larger than i anticipated. It provided plenty of space for luggage. i appreciated the airport shuttle service. It was prompt and reliable.
amenities seemed to be of lower quality, like the slippers and towels in the room.

The staff were very helpful with directions. They answered all our questions with smiles. the check-in process was very efficient, taking only a few minutes and i loved the prompt airport shuttle service.

train station convenience stores complimentary pajamas
The train station is very close. It's right across the road! I found many convenience stores nearby. Some restaurant options are within walking distance too. The room included complimentary pajamas. They were perfect for a comfortable night.
The airport shuttle only runs from 4 AM to 9 AM, once an hour.

Acceptable but Disappointing
uncleaned room cheap amenities
The staff was helpful and willing to print out documents.
The room was not cleaned well I found hair on the pillows from the previous guests The hotel also seemed to use cheap amenities.

The staff speak English well, helpful. I left my bags in the lobby both before check-in and after check-out. The location is quiet. Restaurants and stores are nearby.
The check-out time at 10:00 AM was inconvenient. I would have preferred a later time.

This hotel is near Otorii Station. The station is on the Keikyu train line. It's easy to get to Haneda from there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I think the hotel is not super close to the airport, despite being advertised as such.

My standard twin room was spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets felt soft. Very neat place upon arrival, and the room had good amenities.

The hotel offers a Japanese breakfast. The breakfast comes in a bento box. There were several options for what to have in the box. There is also a choice of Western options.

A free shuttle to the airport is provided. You need to book it at reception. The shuttle runs in the morning only, so keep this in mind.
