friendly staff convenient location clean room small gym depleted buffet weak wifi

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very near the airport, a big plus for my early flight. i also was happy that my room was clean and quiet, it had a standard double room with two double beds.

the gym was quite small with very limited equipment. the breakfast buffet ran out of some items very quickly. also, the wi-fi signal was weak in my room and i have problems with the connection.

awful dinner poor customer service

The buffet dinner, oh man, it was not good. the fish tasted like it had been sitting out for days. i told the supervisor, and they refunded me without a fuss, but i still got sick later that night. and nobody seemed to care much when i mentioned it at reception the next morning. No apologies or anything.

i found the room to be very clean and well kept. the gardens provided a peaceful backdrop, it felt resort-like. easy parking close to the room made luggage transport convenient.

the hallway carpets showed some wear and could use an update.
