a very pleasant experience

helpful staff comfortable bed full equipment

i found the staff very helpful regarding parking and late checkout. the room included all equipment needed. the bed proved very comfortable, perfectly suitable for an airport stopover. the happy hour was definitely worth experiencing as well.

the walk from reception to my room felt a bit long.

A great stay!

amazing breakfast comfortable seating

The staff were wonderful. The buffet breakfast was amazing! I also appreciated the water, juice, and candies located at the entrance and bar (so thoughtful!). I enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge area with a coffee most days.

The fridge lacked temperature control. This meant I couldn't properly chill my drinks (a minor inconvenience, though).

The staff are amazing and helpful. I especially noticed that they offered comforting, refreshing hot lemon water and ginger. The reception ladies were very accommodating (and very nice!).

Mixed experience near the airport

high volume stomping noises

The music volume in the entrance and bar restaurant was excessively HIGH. i could hear stomping noises from the room above mine throughout the day and night (it was difficult to ignore this!). My room wasn't ready at 3 pm upon my arrival. It was like a large and somewhat aged hotel. This wasn't ideal after a long flight.

attentive staff cozy area hospitable service

the staff offered really good service, above par, throughout my visit. navu at reception was particularly hospitable and attentive to details, also very friendly. i found the outdoor area with beanbags quite cozy and relaxing after a long day.

the hallway to my room seemed quite dark and a bit of a long walk.

musty room stained rug

the funky decor was acceptable, i suppose.

the room smelled musty. i think it was the rug because it looked stained and dirty. i kept the balcony door open the whole time, so that did help a little.
