The front desk let me check out late. It was great! the lounge downstairs was nice with great coffee. i loved how clean and cute it felt and that a/c in the room was great because it was super hot outside.

The airport transport was easy with friendly, helpful drivers. I got to the hotel quickly. The reception staff was good.
The room felt very cramped. There was little space for luggage, and moving around was difficult. The air conditioning made a constant drumming noise, like a noisy fridge. I could not get comfortable.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially during a late-night check-in (I really appreciated that!). A complimentary late checkout, considering I arrived very late. The shower had amazing pressure and was a great way to refresh after a long journey.

the location is near to the airport, why i booked a room. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. it was easy to find the hotel and check-in was easy.
the room was super small and felt cramped. it did not feel like good value but i guess the price reflects how close it is to the airport.
