I was delighted with the room offering a balcony by the poolside, which was a real plus. The mattress was of high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, not being able to earn points for booking through a third party was a downside. The service was exceptional, with quick room service, efficient dry cleaning, and a lovely welcome drink. Unfortunately, there was no happy hour available during my stay. The location was ideal, close to stores and restaurants, and in a safe area, although it was a bit far from the event I was attending. The dining experience could have been improved with more fruit options and for the hot cereal, but the rates were fair. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
