My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were small and lacking a basic fridge, but well laid-out with a large window. The service was wonderful, with helpful staff assisting with various arrangements. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city buzz. However, the dining options were limited, which did impact my overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to Times Square and other iconic spots. The rooms were small but smartly laid out, although my view was obstructed by air conditioning units. The service was a letdown with rude and tired staff members. The dining options were lacking, and the absence of breakfast was a downside during my stay.
