The hotel is close to a major shopping mall. It offered easy access for shopping and entertainment. The location suited my needs well. The staff were also helpful and polite .
The window could not be opened for ventilation. The room became stuffy. An iron was not available when I requested it on three separate occasions. There was no air conditioning.
