the staff were friendly the shuttle arrived quickly when i called it i found it close to the airport i needed a place near the airport and this fit the bill i found the room to be a good size the layout worked well for me i liked having the airport shuttle it was convenient for my travel plans i was able to get to the airport without any problems
i found the sound insulation poor i could hear my neighbor's footsteps easily this slightly impacted my otherwise good stay

The 24/7 shuttle service made getting to and from Malpensa a total breeze! The staff are attentive. I felt welcomed. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing easy access to the airport!

The breakfast had excellent choices. The customer service was awesome!!! The hotel was clean and pleasant. It was very closed to Malpensa airport.
The shuttle to the airport costs extra and is not free. Its price is almost the same as a taxi. I had two rooms, but one smelled of cigarette smoke. The other room was fine.
