i noticed that the air conditioning couldn't be set below 23.5 degrees, a slight inconvenience.

I found the parking garage easily. It is shared with the best western hotel. there are clear signs to the hyatt parking area within the garage. elevators took me directly from the garage to all hotel floors. my room included a refrigerator, espresso maker, and even tea bags. the bathroom featured a towel warmer and a walk-in shower.

the room included an iron and ironing board plus a safe and tv. shampoo and body wash were also provided, a real bonus after a long flight. the exclusive sink design added a nice touch.

I had a reservation for a Twin Room. The room included Rituals handwash , shower gel , conditioner , and body lotion. The staff provided fast check-in , and advance check-in was available. The breakfast had a good selection.
The area around the train station was not very clean , appearing unmaintained.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The train takes you to the airport in one stop. I found the room to be quiet, a real benefit given its proximity to the airport. The beds were super comfy.
The thermostat did not function properly. Technicians attempted a repair, but it remained too warm for a restful sleep before my long flight.
