clean room comfortable room airport proximity slow check-in broken elevator user-friendly design
the room was nice and neat (perfect!). the proximity to the airport was so convenient. i really appreciated the blackout blinds, they made sleeping in super easy.
the check-in process was a bit slow when i arrived. the elevator was out of service , a little inconvenient with luggage. also, i found the room design to be not entirely user-friendly when trying to find places to put my luggage.

limited space lack of information
The room's design lacked user-friendliness. It was difficult to find space for luggage. I was not informed that after the hotel shuttle dropped me at the airport, I needed to take another shuttle to reach my terminal. More information should be given to guests upon arrival.

Convenient and Clean Overnight Stay
efficient amenities water pressure
The room amenities were very efficient. It took a few minutes to understand operation. I was impressed by how many things they considered during design. The shower was GREAT with lots of water pressure, and the bed was VERY comfortable.
The room tablet kept freezing. I could not heat the room. The control was stuck on AC.

The airport shuttle made my arrival seamless (it runs frequently!). My room had modern amenities. The staff offered helpful and cute service. The room was very quiet. I slept well.
The shower design may not suit everyone. It is open to the bedroom.

shuttle bus friendly staff shutter privacy
the hotel provides a shuttle bus at the airport for guest pick-up the reception staff was friendly and helpful the shower room was great. the room features shutters for added privacy and light control the staff was fantastic and the shuttle bus service was very convenient.
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities.
