lovely pre-flight rest
clean room friendly family best breakfast perfect seating area
the room was clean. it included everything i needed for a comfortable night before my flight xx. the family who run the business are very friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. the continental breakfast was the best i have ever had. the outside patio seating area was perfect.
the shower room was a little small.

easy check-in clean room excellent shower comfortable bed
Arriving after my flight, the self check-in was easy (so appreciated after a long journey). our double room was very clean, and the shower was excellent. the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep before driving home. i would certainly book again for my next trip.
The stairs to the top floor were a little narrow. It was awkward getting my bag up there.

the location was great. free parking was available, very safe.
i got switched to a different room at the last minute due to a late check in. this room was on the top floor and felt small because of the eaves. it had very low beams, one right above the middle of the bed! i felt uneasy and didn't stay.

convenient location free parking tasteful decoration great shower
the hotel's proximity to manchester airport and the nearby city tram service made my travel simple. free on-site car parking was available, a definite plus! the top-floor attic room at the back was lovely with tasteful decoration and a spacious en suite with a great shower. i appreciated the cute reception area, including a lounge with a tv and a glass conservatory for breakfast.
i did encounter a minor issue since i could not get the radiator to work in the room.

small quilt unsupportive pillows
The location was convenient for my early morning flight.
I encountered issue with the quilt. It was too small for two occupants. Pillows lacked support. I had one of the worst nights sleep. I also expect better quality bedding.
