amazing stay!
super clean room helpful staff
the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. every staff member were pretty good (especially the shuttle bus driver. What a guy!) to ensure everything was perfect.
i was on the second floor. honestly, the smell and general look were off-putting! damage was everywhere, including dampness, peeling paint, and a stained bed.

friendly staff airport transport cute atmosphere
the reception staff were very friendly. they arranged return transport to the airport, helpful. the bar and restaurant staff were also cute.
one of the lifts had a fault. it had plastic barriers in the lobby, which looked unsightly.

I appreciated the quick check-in process. The staff are WONDERFUL and efficient. The breakfast selection offered varied choices. I thought the resident DJ Chris was excellent. He really kept the energy up!

My Standard Room Double Bed had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room's amenities were well kept, always something i look for. I had plenty of space to unwind after a busy day of meetings.
