authentic state cozy room cozy dining room
the building maintained its authentic state. the rooms are quite cozy. the dining room is similar.
the tea and coffee making facility in my room did not have enough product.

A LOVELY stay near Gatwick
airport location reasonable rate friendly staff breakfast bag
The location is AMAZING near Gatwick Airport. I enjoyed the on-site parking. The rates were reasonable. The staff were friendly, and they prepared a breakfast bag for my early departure. The hotel has a bar and is near restaurants in Charlwood Village.
My room was in an annex outside of the main building.

The king-size bed was comfortable, assuring good sleep. The room was spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The supplies left were generous, and included premium products, which I appreciated.

cold attitude poor breakfast
the breakfast was bad, really poor. i asked for a soda water and they charged me extra at breakfast. at the reception there was a lady with an absurdly cold attitude that didn't even let me have time to understand what she was saying. she acted like i was bothering her, not great after a long day traveling. i wished she had been a bit more cute.

rainfall shower tea selection
my beautiful double room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the room also had a good selection of teas and biscuits available. parking was available and communication was clear about how to arrange it
the tv signal was not great so watching tv was difficult

dirty carpet bathroom floor
breakfast was good and filling.
the room wasn't as advertised and i was disappointed. i was taken out a fire door and put in an added on room in the car park area. the carpet was dirty since it was directly accessible from outside and it had stains. the bathroom floor needed redoing.
