shuttle cost excessive charge
The staff were friendly and helpful. This aspect met my expectations.
The shuttle to the airport cost extra. I found this unacceptable. i paid 10 chf, and the journey took only 7 minutes. i consider this charge excessive.

I found the location convenient, especially its nearness to the airport. The hotel provided a complimentary airport pickup shuttle, a real plus upon arrival. Luggage storage was available for 10 CHF per piece per day, significantly cheaper than airport options, so i stored my bags to explore. Breakfast offered a generous array of vegetarian choices.
I noticed the shower was a little clogged. It drained slowly.

limited channels advertising channels
The room was clean enough. however, the television did not pick up swiss channels. Only advertising channels were available. this was quite poor. i expected more viewing options for the price i paid.
