The check in process seemed professional. Staff was very friendly. The location it easy to find. My room included a nice bath area with counter space, that was convenient.

The shuttle service to the airport was convenient.

The room was quite disappointing. I found the air conditioning to be ineffective and not adjustable (I couldn't control the temperature). The room felt stuffy as a result, and I slept poorly. I needed to purchase water since there were no complimentary bottles provided in the room.
