the free shuttle was very punctual. i used it a lot and i liked it. breakfast included various intercontinental options and i found them good. the free ticket allowed transport on all public transport in geneva. i found this really convenient.

the bathroom released a strong chemical smell at times, but it did went away quickly.

the free minibus shuttle to the airport ran every 20 minutes it only took a few minutes to get there. the reception staff were helpful. my room was clean i expected that and the bed was comfortable.

the toilet was blocked and water came out shower that was not nice i could not use the bathroom. the bathroom cups were covered in glad wrap i prefer easy access. there was only one soap for body and hair.

i found the airport shuttle very efficient and punctual. it was a relief to know i could rely on it. the free public transportation pass i received was a huge benefit. i easily traveled around the area without any additional cost (it made exploring so much easier!). the staff were very helpful and always available to answer my questions.

the selection of television channels available in the room was somewhat limited.

we stayed in june 2024 and i found the staff was lovely. they all try to communicate well. the breakfast had many selections available, though there weren't any hot foods. the shuttle service offered was very convenient to me.

i noticed the films on tv always had narrations. we only watched it before bed. other than that the hotel was good to stay in, near the airport and transportation was nearby. i found that quite annoying.
