During our four-night stay facing the sea in Tromso was great and came in on the price of the room. The friendly staff and great location added to the positive experience, although there might be minor room for improvement in certain areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a stunning view of the harbour and the Arctic Cathedral. The rooms could use a bit of updating with worn carpets and furniture, but the spacious layout and lovely harbour view made up for it. The service was a mix of easy-going friendliness and professional efficiency, although it could have been more welcoming. The location was perfect, right at the harbour and city center with breathtaking views all around. The dining experience in the evening was a delight, and I enjoyed delicious meals every day. My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms were basic but super clean and had everything I needed, plus the view of the harbor was absolutely excellent. The service was awesome, and I found everyone to be really helpful and professional. The location couldn't have been better, overlooking the harbor and right in the heart of town with everything within walking distance.
