My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family of 6, although the queen beds were a bit smaller than expected and not very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were surrounded by a variety of restaurants and stores within walking distance, making it super convenient. The price was very competitive, especially compared to the Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites. I was pleased to find that the rooms had been sanitized prior to our occupancy, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

The service was exceptional! The staff was great, very friendly, and helpful. They were attentive around the breakfast room and even made an effort to stop by daily to pick up trash, restock toiletries, and change bed sheets. Their politeness and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable.

It was in a very good and calm area, albeit slightly hidden. Conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, HEB, and in San Antonio, making it a great choice for travelers.

The dining experience was fantastic! From delicious biscuits and gravy to crispy bacon, eggs, tortillas for tacos, and waffle presses, the breakfast selection was top-notch. During my family vacation, we even cooked at the facility by the pool area and interacted with some of the staff who were very accommodating. The customer service was excellent, and one of the managers even allowed us to use the breakfast room when it started raining on us.
