The hotel was clean and well presented, with good hot water in the rooms, but it was too warm to sleep comfortably. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the location, close to the Docklands Light Railway, was also really good. I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a real bathroom, not a tiny plastic corner, although it needed a bit of upkeep. It was excellent, very quiet, and even had a mini-bar fridge with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. The service was top-notch, perfect for my London explorations. The location, while a bit dark, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, was surprisingly close to the tube station and other transport links. The dining was good overall, despite a minor ceiling leak issue during one of my meals.
