My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfortable and provided me with one of my best night's sleep on my road trip, but the initial smell and noise from other guests smoking outside the rooms were a bit off-putting. The service, however, was friendly and efficient, with a particularly pleasant encounter during checkout. The location, while convenient to major highways and the Maine Mall, felt a bit far from other destinations. The hotel offered a surprisingly good breakfast selection but fell short in terms of dining atmosphere and the quality of the plowing during a storm left something to be desired.
