Haven Hotel - Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port, Fort Lauderdale

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers a mix of modern and comfortable rooms. The service was a bit challenging due to payment restrictions, but the housekeeping was satisfactory. The location is ideal for travelers needing easy access to the airport, yet some room conditions may need improvement. The dining experience was subpar, and the facilities could benefit from enhancements.

Arrived at the hotel just after 10pm and found our room cleaning and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms, although small, are cozy and comfortable. The service from the owner was friendly, as they greeted us, helped us find nearby dining options, had breakfast ready, and even assisted with transportation to the Miami port. The location is superb for those needing proximity to the airport and cruising terminal, being just a $12 cab ride from FLL. While the hotel is right outside the city, a short walk gives access to everything. The dining experience, despite being at a higher rate, included cold meat instead of the expected free breakfast, which had limited options. The facilities are adequate, but the dining area doesn't accommodate more than two people comfortably and has a noticeable crack in the ceiling. The overall value for money is good.
