The hotel is in a lively area with a rooftop bar/nightclub that plays loud music until 11 pm, but the built-in Bluetooth speaker in the room is a nice touch. However, the rooms felt small for the premium rates. Service was attentive overall, but some details were missed like returning moved furniture. The location is perfect for exploring nearby dining and attractions. Dining was lovely, though a bit overpriced with slow service at times.

The hotel offers adequate rooms with double beds for families despite being a bit small compared to others in the area. The service is exceptional with friendly staff going above and beyond. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and public transport. Dining is enjoyable but may have longer waits. Overall, good value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, nice, and quiet, though a bit on the smaller side compared to other Sydney hotels. They were very clean and tidy, making for a cozy atmosphere. However, do note that my room wasn't ready until 4 pm which was a slight inconvenience. The service was top-notch with polite and greeting staff, luxurious rooms, perfect air conditioning, and even a coffee machine in my room with free pods. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to resolve any issues, making my stay truly wonderful. The location couldn't have been better, being close to Barangaroo, King St Wharf, and Darling Harbour, with easy access to Wynyard train station and various eateries nearby. It was excellent for its proximity to the harbor and a great base for exploring the city. As for dining, the experience was mostly lovely, but with a few tiny issues to note. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing my overall experience. One slight downside was that the dining was overpriced and seemed a bit substandard. On the bright side, the hotel's facilities and services truly made up for it, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
