The service was attentive and helpful, with the only downside being a lack of clear signage for first-time visitors. I recommend this place anytime I visit Melbourne.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms that lead out to a lovely verandah overlooking the pool. The cleanliness could have been better, and the floors seemed neglected as my little one got quite dirty. The room, however, was of a higher standard compared to my previous visit, which was great. The only downside was finding something I didn't quite like about the room.
