On a positive note, the staff was quick to provide assistance and dropped the room rate significantly below Sheraton standards. The location was a bit isolated and lacked the promised shuttle service level but was still amazing. Dining options were pricey, leading to guests opting for cheaper alternatives elsewhere.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready at check-in, but after a two-hour wait, it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The distance from the elevators was a bit inconvenient, as we had to walk to the opposite end of the floor to reach it. Overall, the experience was what I would expect from a Sheraton.
